Direct and Reverse Arbitrage

Executing trades with a focus on market trends

Thanks to the software based on artificial intelligence, the system monitors the price discrepancies of the same crypto asset on different trading platforms and makes trades to profit from these differences.

Always (Deposit Arbitrage)

Direct Arbitrage (Rising Market)

Is carried out by buying cryptocurrency on a platform with a lower price and then selling it on a platform with a higher price, focusing on trends in a rising market.

April 2025 (Crypto Lending)

Reverse Arbitrage (Falling Market)*)

Is carried out through the sale of a crypto asset at a higher price, and then its purchase on another platform at a lower price, focusing on trends in a falling market.

Until April 2025, the direct arbitrage strategy was implemented through the purchase and subsequent sale of crypto assets for USDT.

*With the introduction of the crypto lending strategy into the AITrust Wallet ecosystem in April 2025, reverse arbitrage technology was launched based on the use of artificial intelligence algorithms. Within the framework of this model, the collateral amounts of users' crypto assets are used as a secured resource for conducting reverse arbitrage transactions, implemented based on the downward (bearish) trend of the market. The reverse arbitrage mechanism generates profitability by selling a crypto asset at a higher price on one trading platform and then buying it back at a reduced price on another.

About Credit Arbitrage

Credit arbitrage is a strategy for making a profit from the difference in interest rates between borrowed funds and investment opportunities. In the AITrust ecosystem, credit arbitrage allows participants to use leverage to increase potential returns.

Key Parameters:
  • Rating - A participant's level in the AITrust program, which determines the available rates and opportunities
  • CLL Rating - Credit Leverage Level, which determines the maximum available leverage
  • Objective Rate - daily percentage yield on collateral amount
  • Loan Amount - collateral amount in USDT
Table legend:
  • * - Limited offer. Valid for the requested cryptocurrency.
  • ** - Corporate offer. Only BTC/ETH/XRP/SOL/ADA upon request.

Note: The credit period (in days) depends on the selected rating and the loan amount. The higher the rating, the shorter the credit period, but the higher the potential profitability.

About MPR

MPR (Monthly Percentage Rate) - This is an indicator of the average interest rate on crypto lending, expressed as a percentage per month. This indicator is used to calculate the potential profitability when using different levels of leverage (CLL).

Leverage levels (CLL)

Credit Leverage Level (CLL) Determines the available level of leverage that a client can use depending on their VIP status. The higher the CLL, the more opportunities there are to increase potential profit.

Calculating profitability

The formula for calculating potential profitability using MPR:

Potential profitability = Deposit × Leverage × MPR × Period

Types MPR

  • Long-term MPR (Baa3-A2) - used for long-term investments with a credit rating from Baa3 to A2 on the Moody's scale.
  • Short-term MPR (A1-Aaa) - used for short-term investments with a credit rating from A1 to Aaa on the Moody's scale.

Features of choosing CLL

When When choosing a CLL, the following factors must be taken into account:

  • The client's VIP status in the AITrust system
  • The size of the deposit and collateral
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency market
  • Investment strategy (conservative/aggressive)
  • Preferred investment period

Note: MPR indicators may vary depending on market conditions and individual parameters of the loan offer. It is recommended to consult with your personal manager to determine the optimal strategy.

About the AITrust investment rating

The AITrust investment rating (Credit Rating) is an internal credit quality assessment system that determines the level of available leverage for platform users. This system is based on the international standards of the Moody's rating scale and adapted for the cryptocurrency market.

Leverage levels (CLL)

Credit Leverage Level (CLL) determines the maximum level of leverage that a client can use depending on their VIP status. The higher the CLL, the greater the opportunity to increase potential profits from arbitrage trading.

Credit Ratings

  • Investment Grade (Baa3-Baa1) — Basic level of leverage, providing access to entry-level leverage values from 2X to 15X depending on the CLL.
  • Medium Level (A3-A1) — Medium level of leverage, providing access to advanced leverage values from 3X to 20X depending on the CLL.
  • High Level (Aa3-Aa1) — High level of leverage, providing access to advanced leverage values from 5X to 35X depending on the CLL.
  • Highest Level (Aaa) — Maximum level of leverage, providing access to premium leverage values from 6X to 50X depending on the CLL.

Leverage is the ratio between debt and equity. For example, 7X leverage means that for every unit of equity you have, you can get up to 7 units of borrowed funds to trade with.

Note: Access to a certain level of leverage depends on both your VIP status (CLL) and credit rating (PRO). Higher values of both parameters provide access to maximum leverage values and, therefore, to greater profit potential.
